  1. We all make 1000s of tiny decisions a day. We get impulses to do different things. The alarm bell rings, and you press snooze for 5 minutes. That is a decision. You think to yourself, why did I press snooze? Then, you consider waking up anyway. You rationalize that 5 minutes extra in the bed won’t hurt. That is a decision. We all make 1000s of tiny decisions a day. We get impulses to do different things. The difference between success and failure lies in the accumulated result of many daily decisions. Decisions turn into habits that compound for better or worse.

    Everybody wishes for good life. It may be at different levels. One person may define a good life one way and another may describe it another way.
    You might want that good life stress free. You would like to have it without having to work so hard or struggle so much for it. That is a normal human expectation. Nobody likes to struggle through life.
    Stress is part of our lives. We live with it, deal with it, and above all worry about it. Our way of life, the area in which we live, the economy, and our jobs can cause a great deal of stress.
    To sum up, life is beautiful just as roses but it has challenges which are like thorns and have to be faced and overcome by all. Those, who accept these, challenges and succeed, are the ones, who know how to live life in its true sense. Thus, enjoy life but also be prepared to bear the pricks of pain.

    The above story is a very valuable story. This is because in today's society not only the young generation but also many young and old are accustomed to a chronological procedure. This is due to the lack of knowledge among the people to use existing technology effectively. A lot of people charge for misusing technology. I spend most of my life on a schedule because time is of the essence. During that time I have devoted more time to the work I need to do to build my future life. That is, to my learning. I also play badminton three days a week. I do not listen to disturbing news. But I'm looking for new trends in technology. The most important thing is to keep your mouth shut. That is, by the food eaten. I really like to eat fruit. When it comes to food, the most important thing is to drink water. It is very important. It is important to minimize the consumption of soft drinks or other alcoholic beverages.

    Small choices make a big difference in our daily lives. Doing them over and over again makes them a habit. For example, in your spare time you play a video game. You like to play that game. So you are tempted to play that game again and again in your spare time. Doing this over and over again becomes a habit. As a result, your daily routine is disrupted. The small choices we make in that way make our lives either heaven or hell. So always think twice before doing something and it will give better results. It is up to us to decide whether the habits we adopt are good or bad. So when making a choice, it is always best to make decisions based on your goals.

    Everyone wants to succeed in life. People can achieve their success quickly by working hard and doing their work on time without being lazy. You can not expect success from a person who is as lazy as the person in this video and spends his time doing only his personal things.     I'm also a quick tempered person, so I often mess up my work, but recover in a short time and then regret it a lot. I identified it as my weakness. Now I get used to looking at everything carefully. I like to look at everything positively, thinking that everything is going well.
    Then I will be able to minimize the mistakes that I make. There is no need to regret it later.

When we choose consciously change will happen, even making the decision to make the change, even if we haven't actually set the ball in motion When we feel that we don't have a choice we underperform.   8. Most of the times small choices that gives you instant pleasure are going to effect to your life in a bad way. For example eating a fast food are more tasteful than the organic food, therefore it's gives us pleasure only at that moment. But afterwards the ingredients of the food will lead us for long term diseases such as Diabetic, high blood pressure and etc. And another thing about these type of actions is, that they are more easy to addictive. In the other hand small choices that gives good benefits are some what hard to follow. But if you work hard at the beginning those good small actions will be your habits. And those habits will be helpful for to find the silver lining of your miserable life.

    Life is a river that flows through hardships. Due to difficulty, you have to be responsible for not making your life miserable. At some times we have to work within many stressful situations because of busy. However, we should have the ability to manage our work of life. Small choices of your become action which become habits and habits become our way of life. Therefore, when you are under any stress you can follow the right habits to skip that condition and become cool. You can get balance food meals and water without fast foods and colouring drinks. Listening to soft things, doing exercises, doing work focusing on that work, and doing work happily can be used to skip stresses. Finally, try to find the silver lining and then you can become a successful person.

    Life is not always easy. You have to live through smooth times as well as rough times. You cannot give up everything just because you are having a bad time. You have to stay motive to accomplish your goals. Sometime you would sick of doing your everyday routine. But you have to hold on on things that thinking this will all worth for me in one day. If you abandon the work you suppose to do, your workload will be growing bigger and bigger. Even in the tough times try to do your daily works daily. That will make your life easy and less-complicated. Also you will have time for spare for some emergency works or some quick works when they occur.

    In life, you can choose what to do and what not to do. life is full of choices and we must choose wisely.
    we can choose the easy way or the hard way. sometimes the easy way is a dead end while the hard way is an ultimately beautiful place.
    just like in the video saying NO is okay if you are busy at work. most people are afraid to say no because they think they'll be considered dumb.
    you have to make correct decisions and choose correctly what to do and what not to do. for your good, you need to think in your brain and work according to that.

    Life is difficult! It does not throw you flowers every day. Life is like a flowing river. Just as a river encounters obstacles, so do our lives. We face fewer successes and more failures. Those failures can put a lot of pressure on us. But a person who overcomes or successfully copes with those pressures can be described as a successful person. To relieve stress, you can listen to soft music. And can spend time with friends. Also, we can go on a tour to see beautiful places somewhere. This will help them to avoid stress. Also, doing work the day by day can reduce the amount of work. Stress can be reduced by getting things done on a regular basis. Also, the diet we eat is also important to reduce stress.

    We are very different from each other's lives. We don't bring our habits with us from our birth. The things we do and how we doing it get used to us and it will be our habits in our life styles. It causes our life style hardly. We are making lot of decisions in a day. I think somehow we had make some good choices in our past and it causes the present situation in this campus. Some little choices can make a big change in our lives. If the choice is bad we won't be know until we sink in the worst life

    Life goes on with difficulties. From time to time various difficulties come to life. Eve must deal with it patiently and build a life. We get stressed out at busy times in life. Time management is essential to get rid of them. Or mentally it bothers us. Probably not at all, work should not be postponed to get rid of them
    . Everyday work should be done on a daily basis. Always be simple . Make the right decisions. You need to think carefully before making decisions. You have to be mindful of the do's and don'ts and work for your own good. Then life can be successful by overcoming obstacles. More attention should be paid to mental freedom
